Bukhara Grill is delicious little spot. The handi chicken biryani presentation and taste were on point. THE NAAN IS HUGE! We also ordered Lamb vindaloo which my husband love. It came with a "spicy" warning.

Indian fare in high level, offering traditional, modern, and fusion dishes. Must try the tangy cauliflower (lasuni gobi), the dry/crispy spinach salad, and the jalapeño eggplant stew - a mind blowing dishes! This is definitely a top tier Indian restaurant. Decor and ambiance are great. They put effort on details such as beautiful uniform for the waiters and apron napkins. Attentive and kind Service.

Visiting friends for my birthday. It was a lovely June evening so we did takeout from here to enjoy a poolside patio evening. We had many tasty dishes we all shared. I loved the butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, spinach paneer, garlic naan--well, every taste was very good. Some had leftovers for lunch the next day. Overall, a great birthday feast.

Bukhara popped up on my Tiktok feed and was curious to try them out. We booked the first reservation for dinner. Awkward since no one else was in the restaurant except the two of us and four workers. Nevertheless, the servers were very attentive. We enjoyed the samosas, garlic naan, dal bukhara (a vegetarian lentil stew), and a spicy mixed meat dish (sorry! I don't remember the name!). The only negative was it was too warm in the restaurant! It was one of those strangely warm days in April; made the dining experience less enjoyable. But the food was amazing!

I really enjoyed my experience here, thankful for the invite from Yelp. The owners (Raja and his son Akshay) have recently renamed this location modeling off their Manhattan location. I thought the service was superb and the decor was very nice. I especially liked the special bibs they gave us to use! Food highlights featured the lasoni gobi, pineapple tikka as top tier and the chicken tikka masala was tasty as well. While I have had better Indian food elsewhere (I am definitely biased) I would give this a try as most of the dishes were well above average and the pineapple chicken truly stole the show. Thank you for your hospitality!

Enjoy the authentic taste and variance of North Western Frontier cuisine at Bukhara Grill NJ Drawing its inspiration from North west frontier cuisine, offering a world-class a la carte menu. North west frontier cuisine uses the simplistic style of preparation, where rusticness of the cuisine and the focus on preserving the flavors and ingredients is another USP of this cuisine. What we tried Appetizers Palak Chaat Pudina Paneer Tikka Kebab Trio Main course Dal Bukhara( USP) Pandara road wala butter Chicken Mirchi baigan ka salan Garlic naan Rice Desserts Rasmalai Gulab Jamun North west Frontier cuisine is slow cooked, dry food marinated in simple spices and its own juices. While there are overlaps in ingredients and technique with Punjabi cuisine, frontier food relies on a delicate mix and ratio of spices unlike the butter and cream-laden dishes of other north Indian foods. They are into wedding catering services. Based in Ridgewood New Jersey. Founded by restaurateur Raja Jhanjee. They are well known for their extensive and well-executed catering program, making it a great takeaway option for special events elsewhere. With amazing modern interiors and such authentic food, Bukhara grill successfully carries the mantle of North Western Frontier Province cuisine in the only way it can. With pride and traditions intact. Stop over some time for some robust flavours. Special Mention to Mr. Raja and Akshay Janjhee , and entire staff of BG...
